Hi, I’m Tamsen!

I spent decades as an Emmy-winning journalist learning to ask better questions.

Questions like: Why isn't anyone talking about this? Who decided this was the end of the story? What if there's a whole other act no one ever wrote?

For years I covered the world's biggest stories — but when I hit perimenopause, I realized nobody was covering the hormonal shift that impacts half the population. When a hot flash left me stumbling through a script on live TV, I knew something had to change.

That moment became a threshold, not an ending.

I stepped through it into a life I never imagined: I got married at 50. I reclaimed my career at 52. Wrote a New York Times bestseller. The book I wished I had. Started a media production company. Launched a podcast.

The script ended. I didn't.

Now I'm using my investigative skills for a new mission: to help women meet the moment when the old script stops working — and claim authorship of what comes next.

Unflinching. Unfinished.

Today, I am is doing what I wish someone had done for me — giving women the information, tools, and community to take on midlife with confidence.
