If you’re like me and mornings are always a rush, but you still want to start your day with the right nutrition, my Hot Girl Menopause Smoothie is a perfect solution. This smoothie is designed to help you feel your best during perimenopause and menopause. It’s quick and easy to prepare, keeps you full for a long time, and is absolutely delicious.

I’ve developed this smoothie based on my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and my commitment to creating practical, effective solutions for women in menopause. I whip this up every morning, and it has been a game-changer for my energy and well-being.

Ingredients (updated):

- 1 cup Elmhurst Milked Almonds: a low calorie, calcium-rich alternative for bone health

- 1 scoop Alkamind Acid-Kicking Plant-Based Protein (Vanilla Coconut): to help maintain muscle mass and support metabolism

- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries: rich in antioxidants, reducing inflammation and supporting bone health

- 1 Banana, peeled: high in potassium and magnesium, helping support blood pressure and reducing risk of osteoporosis

- 1 tbsp Maca Powder: to help reduce hot flashes, improve mood, boost energy, and may enhance libido

- 1 drop Vitamin D3+K2: to help with calcium absorption and bone health, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and supporting mood regulation and sleep quality

- 1 tbsp Vita Greens: packed with essential vitamins and minerals, boosting energy and overall health

- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds, sprouted: high in omega-3s and fiber, aiding digestion and reducing inflammation

- 1 tbsp Sea Moss: rich in iodine, supporting thyroid function and metabolism
